Collaboration isn't the opposite of ambition. For the women+ in The Grove, it's the thing that makes ambition sustainable.

When one woman rises, she reaches back for the next.

Whatever your comfort level is! You're never required to be on camera or present - some weeks, just showing up and listening is exactly right. As you get comfortable, there will be chances to lead a session or teach something you're great at. And over time, I do hope to see more cameras on - that's where real community happens.

do i have to speak/present or can i just listen?

Yes, the weekly zooms are recorded and shared in a library for you to binge them anytime!

are the meetings recorded?

As an agent myself, I know how busy some seasons can be. This is for you whenever works for you - if you miss a week, you can catch up on recordings if you choose.

how much time does this actually take per week?

There is no cost to be a part of this group, it is open to all women+ from Real, regardless who your sponsor is.

is there a cost?

This is for agents in any phase of business. Whether you're looking to grow your business or just find community

how experienced do i need to be?

We meet weekly to have a zoom meeting, where we will discuss different ways to enhance your business. Sometimes guest speakers will attend, sometimes it will just be us.
